Wifi On My Phone Says Disabled

My lap top had no problem connecting but my phone would not.

Wifi on my phone says disabled.

I could the problem was with my wifi router a simple re set of the router solved it. It was not a problem for any of the computers in the house but my phone attempts to log in the the network which it says is saved but then it says the connection is disabled. Once i do that it s fine until i leave and come back again. All you have to do is use the static ip option.
